Returns

 For domestic orders, “Your Jigsaw Puzzles” accepts returns of unopened products purchased from www.yourjigsawpuzzles.com within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. Any shipping charges applied to the original order will not be refunded. 

Products must be returned in the original packaging — inclusive of any exterior shrink wrap in its original condition — and have no visible signs of wear or use. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 working days of processing time for your refund to be applied once your returned product(s) have been received. 

CUSTUMISED PUZZLE RETURN POLICY
Customers can cancel customised or personalised puzzles at design stage, a 50% charge will be deducted and balance would be sent back to the customer. However, in  situation where the customised puzzle has been completed,  no refund will be made as the product has already  been produced.

To notify us of your return and receive a return authorization number to include with your returned product, please mail support@yourjigsawpuzzles.com and provide the email address used to place your order and your order number.
